JinNianHua International Trade: From Middle East mines to your plant
Hainan JinNianHua International Trade Co., Ltd. — brand “JinNianHua”, official site www.yizecheng.cn
We are a team specialising in Middle East mineral trade. We connect mines across Egypt, Jordan and the region with buyers worldwide, and run a turnkey service from first enquiry and inspection through logistics and customs clearance.
We also export industrial valves, fittings and mining wear parts to the Middle East through KINGNA.
We believe stable raw material supply comes from control at the source and professional execution. No layered mark-ups — just a mineral procurement partner you can rely on.

Who we are: entity structure, operating company and sourcing
Cross-border mineral sourcing involves registration, shipping, customs and inspection, so the entity structure should be clear. Our business is delivered by three affiliated entities: the trading brand is JinNianHua Trading, the operating company is Hainan JinNianHua International Trade Co., Ltd., and the website filing entity and trademark holder is Yichang Kunyang International Logistics Co., Ltd. Stating this plainly means you always know who you are dealing with and who carries the responsibility.

Six steps from enquiry to berth
Step 1: specification and volume
We first fix the main and secondary indicators, tonnage and loading window. A single number such as "30% P₂O₅" or "whiteness 95" invites incomparable offers. It lets us confirm feasibility, quantity and routing.
Step 2: an itemised landed cost
Rather than a single delivered figure, we itemise the ore price, international freight and insurance, import duties, terminal charges and inland transport, so you can see which component has room to optimise.
Step 3: lock the source and loading window
We confirm the producing area and loading port and arrange a sailing against your window. Different ports mean different haul distances and arrival times; Middle East routing is geopolitically sensitive, so flagging rerouting risk up front works better than explaining afterwards.
Step 4: third-party inspection before loading
Increments are taken per the agreed rule, blended and reduced, then assayed by an independent laboratory with the report travelling with the cargo. Buyer-nominated laboratories are accepted. Seals and chain of custody are fully recorded, so a re-test has evidentiary support.
Step 5: documents and customs coordination
We issue the certificate of origin, packing list and bill of lading, and support the customs declaration with the required documentation. Because the origin scheme drives duty treatment, it is settled before booking rather than repaired after arrival.
Step 6: delivery and re-testing support
We coordinate discharge on arrival. If you re-test under the contract, we supply the retained sample and work with your laboratory. Discrepancies are handled as agreed, promptly.
